Cynthia Dantas is the Program Director at NSF. Previously, she held the role of Executive Director at Sibling Connections, a Boston-based non-profit serving youth in foster care. Her career also includes 16 years of management experience at Tufts and Northeastern Universities.

Cynthia lives in Roslindale with her husband and daughter and spent many years volunteering with the Big Sister Association of Boston and the Boston Teachers Union Pilot School. She holds a BA in political science and international affairs from Michigan State University and an MA in international affairs from The George Washington University.
