Diana Fisher Gomberg
Diana Fisher Gomberg moved to Newton in 1997 and her children graduated from Burr, Day and Newton North. She has served on PTO boards, School Councils, and she was elected to serve 8 years on the Newton School Committee (2011-2019).
Professionally she has worked in the fields of public health and environmental policy. As a volunteer she has served on the boards of the EDCO Collaborative, Congregation Dorshei Tzedek, and Transition House, and she has volunteered with Understanding Our Differences, the Auburndale Community Library, La Leche League, and numerous municipal and statewide political campaigns.
She earned a B.A. from Yale University and a Sc.M. from the Harvard’s T.C. Chan School of Public Health.
