More about the Jordan Bennett Weiss Fund
Jordan Weiss was a fourth grader at Mason-Rice when he died in 2003 from complications related to undiagnosed type 1 diabetes. The Jordan Bennett Weiss Fund’s mission is to educate families and school personnel about the warning signs and symptoms of type 1 diabetes.
The JBW Fund also provides opportunities for Mason-Rice students to pursue extracurricular activities by offering financial assistance scholarships.
