  • Maintain and update our website (WordPress) with fresh content and event info
  • Assist with newsletters, social media posts, and digital communications (Constant Contact experience a plus)
  • Act as liaison between NSF and Newton Public Schools
  • Provide financial admin support to the Treasurer
  • Stay informed and engaged in NSF’s mission to advocate effectively on its behalf

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and writing abilities
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and donor databases
  • Knowledge of DonorPerfect and WordPress a plus but not necessary
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn)
  • Passion for public education and community-driven change
